Xtars provides Virtual Credits, Virtual Gifts, and related digital entertainment products for use exclusively within the Xtars platform.


1. Overview

Virtual Credits and Virtual Gifts are digital entertainment products and:

‧ Have no cash value

‧ Cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, or exchanged for cash

‧ Cannot be transferred, sold, gifted, assigned, or exchanged between users

‧ Do not constitute electronic payment services, stored-value accounts, electronic money, securities, financial products, or any form of investment

‧ May only be used for digital entertainment interactions and platform-related services provided by Xtars

By purchasing Virtual Credits or Virtual Gifts, users acknowledge and agree to these limitations.


2. Refund Eligibility

Users may submit a refund request through Xtars Official Customer Support under the following circumstances:

‧ Duplicate or repeated charges

‧ Successful payment but failure to receive purchased Virtual Credits due to system errors

‧ Unauthorized or fraudulent payment transactions

‧ Transaction abnormalities caused by technical or system malfunctions

All refund requests will be reviewed based on transaction records, account activity, payment verification, and the results of Xtars’ internal investigation.

Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.


3. Non-Refundable Transactions

Refunds will generally not be provided under the following circumstances:

‧ Virtual Credits that have been used, consumed, or spent

‧ Virtual Gifts that have been sent, consumed, or redeemed

‧ Completed purchases involving digital entertainment interactions

‧ Purchases made due to user error, accidental operation, or change of personal preference

‧ Accounts suspended, restricted, terminated, or investigated due to violations of platform policies, Terms of Service, fraud prevention measures, or applicable laws

‧ Delays, interruptions, or transaction failures caused by third-party payment providers, banks, credit card issuers, telecommunications operators, or circumstances beyond Xtars’ reasonable control

For users located in Japan, Virtual Credits automatically expire six (6) months after the purchase date in accordance with applicable regulations.

Expired Virtual Credits:

‧ Are non-refundable

‧ Cannot be reinstated or extended

‧ Cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash


4. Refund Review and Verification

Xtars reserves the right to review, approve, reject, suspend, or further investigate any refund request.

Refund requests may be denied under circumstances including but not limited to:

‧ Abuse of refund procedures

‧ Excessive refund requests

‧ Chargebacks

‧ Fraudulent payment activity

‧ Unauthorized account usage

‧ Money laundering concerns

‧ Suspicious or abnormal transaction behavior

‧ Violations of the Xtars Terms of Service or platform policies

Where necessary, Xtars may request additional documentation, including:

‧ Identity verification documents

‧ Payment receipts

‧ Transaction records

‧ Credit card or payment method verification

Failure to provide requested information may result in rejection of the refund request.


5. Third-Party Payment Services

Xtars may utilize third-party payment processors and payment service providers to facilitate transactions.

Users are responsible for complying with the terms, conditions, and policies of the applicable payment providers when making purchases.

Approved refunds may require additional processing time depending on the policies and processing schedules of:

‧ Payment service providers

‧ Banks

‧ Credit card issuers

‧ Mobile payment platforms

Actual refund completion times may vary and are outside Xtars’ direct control.
