Timing of Service Delivery
Virtual Credits are generally delivered immediately after successful payment confirmation.

Refund Policy
Used Virtual Credits and consumed Virtual Gifts are non-refundable.
Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

Xtars reserves the final right to review and determine refund requests.
Expiration Policy (Japan Users Only)
For users located in Japan, Virtual Credits purchased on the platform will automatically expire six (6) months after the purchase date.
Expired Virtual Credits are non-refundable, non-extendable, and non-redeemable for cash.
