1. Our Commitment
We prevent, detect, and remove any child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSEA/CSAM), sexualization of minors, nudity or sexualized content involving minors, grooming, and any conduct that threatens child safety.

2. Prohibited Content & Conduct
Any depictions, audio, text, links, or generated media that involve or sexualize minors (including AI-generated).
Nudity, sexualized or exploitative content involving minors; solicitation or trade.
Grooming, requests for intimate imagery, or attempts to move conversations off-platform to exploit minors.
Assisting, facilitating, or organizing any of the above.
Enforcement may include content removal, feature limits, account suspension or permanent bans, and, where appropriate, reports to law enforcement.

3. Age & Protections
The Service is for adults. Minors are not permitted.
We use age prompts and risk-reduction mechanisms, and continuously improve detection and review.

4. Moderation & Enforcement
We use proactive detection and human review, prioritizing high-risk contexts.
Reports are handled within a reasonable timeframe (typically 24–72 hours, urgent cases prioritized).
Actions may include removal, restrictions, account bans, takedowns, and law-enforcement reporting.

For appeals, email service@xtars.com; we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
If there is immediate risk to a child, contact your local law enforcement.

6. Cooperation with Authorities
Subject to applicable law, we cooperate with law enforcement and child-safety organizations (e.g., NCMEC).
