Xtars is committed to creating a safe, respectful, inclusive, and lawful digital entertainment environment.
These Community Guidelines apply to all users, streamers, agencies, partners, and third parties participating on the Xtars platform.
By using Xtars, you agree to comply with these Community Guidelines and all related platform policies.


Respect Others

Users must respect the rights, privacy, dignity, and personal integrity of others.

The following behaviors are prohibited:

‧ Harassment

‧ Bullying

‧ Threats

‧ Stalking

‧ Hate speech

‧ Personal attacks

‧ Discrimination

‧ Humiliation or malicious provocation

‧ Any conduct that infringes upon the rights of others


Prohibited Illegal Content

Users may not publish, distribute, share, transmit, or promote content that violates applicable laws, public order, or public morals.

Including but not limited to:

‧ Fraud or financial crimes

‧ Money laundering

‧ Illegal gambling

‧ Drug-related content

‧ Weapons sales

‧ Terrorism or extremist content

‧ Encouraging or facilitating criminal activity


Child Safety

Xtars maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any content involving the exploitation, abuse, nudity, sexualization, grooming, solicitation, or endangerment of children or minors.

The platform reserves the right to immediately remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and report violations to relevant authorities when required by law.


Prohibition of Sexual Exploitation

Users may not engage in prostitution, sexual services, escort arrangements, transactional sexual activities, human trafficking, or any form of sexual exploitation through the platform.


Intellectual Property Protection

Users must respect the copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, publicity rights, and other intellectual property rights of third parties.

Unauthorized uploading, sharing, distribution, or use of protected content is prohibited.


False Information and Impersonation

Impersonating individuals, organizations, brands, government entities, or any third party is prohibited.

The dissemination of false, misleading, deceptive, or harmful information is prohibited.


Platform Security

Users may not use bots, automation tools, malicious software, unauthorized programs, system vulnerabilities, reverse engineering techniques, scraping tools, or similar methods to interfere with the normal operation of the platform.

Any activity that may affect platform security, stability, or the rights of other users is prohibited.


Spam and Improper Promotion

Spam, repetitive posting, unauthorized advertising, phishing activities, malicious traffic diversion, and other disruptive promotional activities are prohibited.


Enforcement Actions

Xtars may take one or more of the following actions in response to violations:

‧ Warning

‧ Content removal

‧ Feature restrictions

‧ Temporary suspension

‧ Permanent suspension

‧ Account termination

‧ Reporting to competent authorities as required by law

Platform Rights

Xtars reserves the right to interpret, modify, enforce, and take action under these Community Guidelines.

Any continued use of the platform following updates to these Community Guidelines constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
